"The audio volume on this unit can be adjusted by the player. The music can be set very loud, too. It's really great to play it alone, when there is no others playing other machines. The piano does not keep the balls when they are locked. The ball locks are still registered, but the ball just comes right out from the upper loop."

"The 2 bolts on the upper lock do not lower enough when the locked balls need to be released. In addition, there is some sensor that is active every couple seconds and adding scores. As a result, when a ball is stuck, ball search will never happen, because the machine thinks the ball is still playing and adding scores.
On the plus side, the unit is upgraded to the new code, with the new scoring system. I so looked forward to play it, but really couldn't because of the above issue."

"The bottom of the left orbit, flares a little at the bottom, which send it towards the drain. Nudging doesn’t seem to help much considering the tilt is extremely tight. If you put it half speed up the left orbit you might as well count as the ball being gone."

"A couple of problems:
Van shots don’t work, they do not register even for the combotron. That means you can’t start city modes. Without this working, many areas of the game will not be able to be triggered.
Ball can easily hit the captive UFO ball and drain easily. Usually it will give a ball save once but when it autoplunges it does it the exact same strength so that the ball can drain and you will lose your ball."
