"Upper playfield ball locks are messed up which messes up multiball. No insider connected or recent code updates means this also messes up the ball count so you will occasionally get multiple balls in the shooter lane but when 1 drains the game ends. I wouldn't expect it to be fixed soon or ever as Ken is the absolute worst operator is sac."
