"The piece of plastic was from left side ramp that broke. As of today the ball jumps to much off ramp and doesn’t go around loop ramp like should and drains down middle because of way to much. Other than that machine plays great"

"Drum clock and lift ramp disabled. Called Stern support and they confirmed it's not fixed yet. Apparently a board re-design is under way. It will happen to everyone's game eventually. This lady fix they had worked the longest."
